"Round my hometown, memories are fresh..."

Sometimes everytime I listen to "Hometown Glory" I wonder about the day I will be back to Brazil, back to my hometown... I dream away! I build real scenes: colors and smell. I create people: faces, dialogues... I imagine my own reaction or not reaction. I think about every little thing that makes me love my hometown. 


And then when I hear "...are the wonders of my world..." I always see pictures in my mind - just like in a slideshow - all my favorite places, those ones that I used to run to (chill out, for fun or just to hide myself from the world). 

Sometimes I "see" myself at my parent's door. Sometimes I'm just walking to get there. I go by the street that used to be my home and I see my neighbor's houses ('cause I have feelings for them too). I always think I will see my mom first... (crying)


I think about it everytime I am alone and my mind is empty. Just like now... that's why I don't really like Sundays because that's when it happens so.. !!!
